If you've already placed an order for an item that was listed incorrectly, we'll reach out to you as soon as possible. We’re happy to offer Net 30 payment terms to cities, government agencies, departments, and businesses in good standing—as well as our current Witmer Public Safety Group customers with an established open account.

If you’re a new business customer placing your first order, we recommend submitting a Customer Application Form or choosing to pay in advance by check or credit card. This helps avoid any delays that might come up during the credit review process, so we can get your order shipped out as quickly as possible.

Heads-up for Pennsylvania customers: If your organization is located in PA, please also complete and send us a

We collect tax based on state and local regulations. Tax is applicable to Product and Shipping. There are some products that are non-taxable; therefore, tax will not be applied to those products.

Continental U.S. orders are shipped for speed, convenience and economy. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may choose U.S. Postal Service or UPS Second Day Air at additional costs. Some restrictions do apply because of quantity, weight, shape or size. Some orders may require additional shipping charges. If the items you are ordering require extra shipping, we will notify you once your order is received.
