With the Streamlight Vantage you won't find a helmet light any tougher. The Vantage's remarkably compact, lightweight body and inner workings were originally designed to withstand the shock-after-shock recoil of an automatic weapon in combat conditions.

Lightweight, compact and low profile, the Vantage has been designed to clamp onto either side of any traditional or modern firefighter's helmet or hard hat. It rotates 360-degrees and includes a 5° angle adjuster insert to optimize beam location.

    Fire and SWAT

    I have two of these lights. One on my Fire helmet and one for entry on my SWAT helmet. Works great inside structure fires and on scenes outside. I cover the blue back light for SWAT (Medic). Lights up a room or hall way very nice. Being able to move the light up or down makes it great for hands on work.

    I haven't been able to use this in the field yet, but this light is really bright! Seems well constucted/worth the money.

    Haven't found any con's to this light. It's been through hundreds of fires and works great. I highly recommend it.

    lightweight and bright

    I got this light to replace a heavier setup I had before and this light definitely was the best choice. It's bright and lightweight and so far it seems pretty durable. The beam is not as focused as other lights I have had but it makes up for that being a much brighter light. Price could be a little better though, over $100 seems a bit high for the size of the light.

    compact, bright, durable without the headache of buying a seperate helmet flashlight holder. Also good for night MVA's and low-light EMS duty. Was a Birthday gift to my FF/EMT-I husband. Excellent.

    I have this attached to the brim of my Phoenix Helmet and it is always there and always ready to light up my dark world of firefighting. Highly recommend this light to all firefighters.

    Great product, has a long battery life. Used it in some fires and holds up well against the heat. It is easy to turn on with gloves and isn't nearly as much of an entaglement hazard as a lot of others.
