So I do like the decals, but I was under the impression from the picture that they were full color red white and blue. Well when I received them, they are almost black during the day but at night when you shine a light on them, they are the reflective red white and blue. I wanted the ones that stand out, but they still look pretty cool.

You mailed me the incorrect item. I bought reflective triangles (red, white, and blue); you mailed me all black reflective triangles. My buddy on the department wanted them so I went on to sell them to him for much cheaper than you guys sell.
If you want a black sticker that vaguely resembles a flag under very bright light, then this sticker is for you. I would like it to reflect more color and be brighter. Had to reorder another type was not satisfied with the product. No help from customer service to resolve my dissatisfaction.
