Designed specifically for first responders, this fully seam-sealed, 10K/10K waterproof and breathable shell is constructed with BBP-resistant materials, so you stay dry and protected from the elements — and more.

The articulated fit, adjustable cuffs, and internal shock-cord hem system ensure a secure, comfortable fit that moves with you. Anti-slip shoulder panels keep gear in place, while storm flaps and a chin guard on the front zipper help seal out wind and water. When every second matters, 5.11’s Quixip® system provides rapid access to your sidearm and added ventilation on demand.

Stay visible and safe with 3M® Scotchlite® reflective tape, and stay organized with purpose-built pockets on the chest, sleeves, and lower front — all designed to keep critical gear within arm’s reach. The integrated mic/camera loops, pull-out name tape panels, and stowable hood offer the operational flexibility required in the field.

For colder conditions, the Responder Parka™ 2.0 is zip-in compatible with the 5.11® Tactical Fleece Jacket 2.0 and other compatible liners, making it a reliable solution in multi-season deployments.
