Poorly constructed and despite the description it probably is Not crush proof. The closure does not keep it closed verywell. If you were to hang it somewhere by the clip I would be worried that it would be opened unintentionally and the glasses would fall out. After a couple weeks in my coat pocket it cracked at the closure tab and will not stay closed anymore. It does have felt on the inside that keeps the glasses from being strached which is a bonus. If you need a cheap case to keep your glasses safe in your glove box this is probably an affordable choice but not for a firefighters pocket

It feels very cheaply made. I wish someone else would have reviewed this before I bought it. It only has a small piece of plastic holding it shut. It isn't spring loaded or anything like that. When it is closed there is still play in it so it can crush down a little past the point at which it latches. The felt inside is a nice idea but at first glance it looks like it will peel up easily. Also, I knew it was going to be big since its for safety glasses but this thing isn't going in my pocket. It's going to sit on the counter in my kitchen where it landed right after I opened the box.
