JYD Industries' Glass Knife Kit #1 gives rescuers the tools they need to access patients trapped in severely damaged or overturned vehicles.

JYD Industries’ Glass Knife Kit #1 is designed to help you access and enable the safe extrication of patients trapped in severely damaged or overturned vehicles.

  • Glass knife head can be attached to any drill
  • Smooth cutting edge is designed to cut through laminated glass
  • Excellent for accessing patients entrapped in severely damaged or overturned vehicles
Kit includes:
  • (1) Glass Knife Head
  • (1) Pry Bar
  • (5) N95 Dust Masks
  • (1) Pair of Safety Glasses
  • (1) Can of Wetting Agent
  • (1) Carrying Bag

The main piece of the Glass Knife Kit is a smooth-edged glass knife head, which can be attached to any drill in order to effectively cut through laminated glass.

The kit includes a pry bar for providing an opening in the glass where the glass knife can start cutting, as well as a can of Invisible Glass wetting agent to make opaque glass transparent and enable cleaner cuts.

The Glass Knife Kit also includes safety glasses and N95 dust masks to protect rescuers from hazards as they work to gain access to trapped patients.

Once rescuers can access the entrapped patients, they can then use any of JYD Industries’ extrication kits, such as the JYD-EPCK Extrication Protection Cover Kit, to safely extricate patients from their vehicles and get them out of harm’s way.

The Glass Knife Kit comes with a carrying bag for easy storage and transportation of all the tools included in the kit.

Designed to effectively cut through laminated glass, JYD Industries’ Glass Knife Kit #1 provides rescuers with the tools they need to quickly and safely access patients trapped in their vehicles.
